Recommend because I greatly enjoyed it and did not want to leave. Everything was excellent, stunning location so close to the centre of the beautiful town of Le Puy en Velay, town center and a terminal, caring staff. The room was well-equipped and functional with comfortable beds, window facing inner court and starched linens for a good stay than in town.

The hotel perfectly set our expectations before arrival, just like Southwest airlines. Everything was exactly as expected and our room at the back of the hotel was pleasantly quiet. We appreciated the great location, with all the touristy bits of the city within easy reach. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer care.
The lack of staff, which caused some inefficiencies. They seemed to be running between reception and serving food, resulting in delays in getting a drink and leaving glasses and plates outside on the table for a long time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a useful local map and giving us great tips for our visit. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with very comfortable beds and windows facing the peaceful inner court. The breakfast served here was perfect, offering a great selection of delicious options.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring the charming historic city and it was very easy to find. The room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free wifi, as I've had bad experiences with pricey internet charges at other hotels. Plus, the complimentary parking was a huge perk considering it can be difficult to find parking in town.
While my overall experience was great, I do wish the room had a tea making facility. As a Brit, I love my tea and it would have been an added bonus.
